With Christmas Day fast approaching, we urge all our customers to hand in your Christmas deliveries prior to Friday the 17th of December. This will ensure ample time to get your delivery done on or before the 24th.

Due to the upcoming holidays, some of our services may be limited. In particular our road services may be delayed over this period.

We have been working behind the scenes on some significant upgrades and changes to our systems.  Changes that have primarily been designed to enhance your overall experience with us.

We need to now move to our new system, and have chosen to make the migration over the weekend of the 25th to the 27th of December.  During this time our systems will be offline as we move across to the new platform.  We will be up and running again from the 28th of December.

For our eCommerce users, you may have been contacted for your e-commerce online keys.  If you have not yet been contacted by us, please email it@thecourierguy.co.za to submit your keys.

We have created a ‘how-to’ video as well as a comprehensive user’s manual of our new platform.  These are here to assist you with the transition to the new systems.
